🎯 Admission Philosophy
Enquiry & Registration:
- ✔️ Parents or guardians seeking admission should visit the school office during working hours.
- ✔️ The Admission Form must be filled in completely and submitted along with the required documents.
- ✔️ A registration number will be issued for record and reference.
Interaction / Entrance Assessment:
- ✔️ For Kindergarten and Primary classes, an informal interaction is conducted to understand the child’s basic skills and readiness.
- ✔️ For higher classes, a written test or oral assessment in core subjects (English, Tamil, and Mathematics) may be held to assess the student’s academic level.
Confirmation of Admission:
- ✔️ Selection is based on performance in the interaction/test, age eligibility, and availability of seats.
- ✔️ Once the admission is approved by the Principal, parents must pay the prescribed admission fee within the stipulated time to confirm the seat.
Orientation & Induction:
- ✔️ Newly admitted students and parents are briefed about school rules, dress code, discipline, and academic systems during the orientation session.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
🧒 Pre-Primary Section
- ✔️ Admission is open to students who have completed the previous class successfully from a recognized school.
- ✔️ Age and Transfer Certificate must match the standard for which admission is sought.
- ✔️ Students must produce a valid Transfer Certificate from their previous school along with the Progress Report.
- ✔️ Admission is subject to performance in the entrance assessment and Principal’s approval.
- ✔️ Admission to Class XI is based on the marks obtained in the SSLC / 10th Public Examination.
- ✔️ Students can choose streams according to their aptitude and academic performance
- ✔️ Group I: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology / Computer Science
- ✔️ Group II: Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Business Maths / Computer Applications
- ✔️ Admission, tuition, and term fees are payable at the school office within the specified dates.
- ✔️ Fees once paid are non-refundable except in extraordinary cases decided by the management.
- ✔️ Fee receipts should be preserved carefully for future reference.
- ✔️ Incomplete application forms or missing documents will not be accepted.
- ✔️ Admission to any class is granted at the discretion of the Principal and the School Management.
- ✔️ The school reserves the right to cancel admission if incorrect information is provided or documents are found invalid.

Parents must submit the following documents along with the admission form:
- ✔️ Original Birth Certificate (for Nursery, LKG, and UKG admissions)
- ✔️ Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the last attended school (for Class II and above)
- ✔️ Progress Report / Mark Sheet from the previous school
- ✔️ Community Certificate (if applicable)
- ✔️ Aadhar Card – Student & Parents (photocopies)
- ✔️ Passport-size Photographs – 3 copies of the student
- ✔️ Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)
- ✔️ Proof of Address (Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Rental Agreement)
Note: Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees.
